3 Stages of a Web Developer

3 Stages of a Web Developer:

Junior Developer (1-2 years): You have a good grasp of HTML and CSS, maybe you also wrote some JavaScript. You can follow directions and execute requirements.

Intermediate Developer (3-4 years): You have mastered a framework (like React or Angular) and are able to design and develop an entire application by yourself.

Senior Developers (5+ years): You can lead a project and bring it to life from end to end. Not only on the development but also everything about architecture, infrastructure, continuous integration, testing, and deployment.

From here on out is just a matter of taking on more responsibility and accountability, being able to train and manage all of the above, and being able to hire the right talent for your team.
